O R D E R

% 17.08.2017 There are seventeen (17) petitioners before this Court. Respondents inform this Court that the case of petitioner no.1 is yet pending before the QCI (respondent no.2); his case shall be processed expeditiously and if the documents are found in order then the same shall be forwarded to respondent no.1 for necessary action. Qua the status of twelve (12) other petitioners i.e. petitioner nos.2,3,4,5,6,8,9,11,12,13,16 and 17 the respondents inform this Court that the Building Complete Certificate (BCC) related documents have not been filed by the said petitioners. They undertake to file the said documents on or before 15.12.2017. On their doing needful their case shall be processed by the respondents in

accordance with the norms of respondent no.1. Qua the status of petitioner no.7 and petitioner no.10, the respondent informs this Court that the documents filed by the aforenoted two petitioners were found to be in order; they have since been granted affiliation. Qua the petitioner nos.7 and 10 the petition has become infructuous.

Petition disposed of in the above terms.
