O R D E R

% 14.12.2016 The petitioner has preferred the present bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail apprehending arrest in case FIR No. 212/2016 registered at police station Welcome under Sections 341/323/354/34 IPC. It appears that the dispute arose on account of some dispute relating to construction of a drain in the locality. The petitioner, as directed, has joined the investigation. It is not in dispute that the co-accused have already been granted anticipatory bail.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is allowed. In case of his arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. This is further subject to the condition

that the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called for. He shall not contact the complainant or any of his family members and shall not indulge in any criminal activity while on bail.
