% 26.07.2018 The solitary reason why the North Delhi Municipal Corporation was unable to handover possession of plot No.EG-239, phase-II, Sanjay Gandhi Nagar Transport, Delhi, to the petitioners, was the circumstance that Mr. Anil Sehgal, who along with the petitioners, Mr.
Ashok Sehgal and Ms.
Manorma Gulati was the legal representative of Late Shri Siri Ram Sehgal, had not signed on the relevant application and affidavit submitted by the petitioners. Upon issuance of notice, Mr. Anil Sehgal appears before this Court and states that he shall sign the necessary application, along with his siblings and furnish an affidavit as required by the North Municipal Corporation of Delhi within two weeks from today. Ms. Mini Pushkarna, learned Standing Counsel appearing on
behalf of the NDMC states that, subject to compliance as above, they shall handover possession of the subject plot to the legal representatives of Late Shri Siri Ram Sehgal, the original allottee.
