% 25.10.2016 Pursuant to the previous orders, the respondents have submitted the refund orders which have been finalized and would be issued along with interest payable, if any. The respondents shall ensure that refund orders are actually issued and payments are credited to the petitioner's account within a week, inclusive of interest. In case of any discrepancy, it is open to the petitioner to approach the VATO, who shall decide the application within a month after its receipt. The writ petition is disposed of in above terms. S.
