% 25.08.2017 Appellants' Counsel submits that the award of `4,12,800/- given in her favour was reduced to `2,50,000/- based upon submissions and statements made in the Court. Appellant claims to be illiterate and being unaware as to what transpired in the Court and she did not mean to give up her claim, especially, when the Labour Court has awarded amounts in her favour.
This Court is of the considered opinion that since the appeal is based upon concession or statement, instead of adjudication thereon by this Court, it would be appropriate for the appellant to approach the learned Single Judge in review petition in the first instance, and in case of any further grievance, it is needless to say, all rights available in the law can be resorted to by the appellant.
In these circumstances, Counsel for appellants seeks liberty to withdraw the appeal. The appeal is therefore dismissed as withdrawn. S. RAVINDRA BHAT, J A.K. CHAWLA, J AUGUST 25, 2017 r
