O R D E R

% 25.10.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, under instructions from the parents of the child, that the petitioner would be satisfied if the respondent - School issues the Transfer Certificate and other relevant documents of the petitioner so that the petitioner can take admission in some other School.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent - School submits that he has no objection to the said course and on an application being made, the Transfer Certificate shall be issued forthwith. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to make an application to the respondent - School today WP(C) 8682/2016

itself, i.e., 25.10.2010, for return/issuance of Transfer Certificate and the relevant documents.

On such an application being filed, the respondent shall issue the Transfer Certificate and other relevant documents, within two days, in accordance with law subject to petitioner complying with other formalities.

The petition is disposed of.
