In pursuance of the last order, wherein an explanation was sought as to why nominal roll was not received even on 22.09.2025 despite the matter being listed twice, i.e. on 18.09.2025 and 19.09.2025. Today, Mr. Pramod Kumar Gupta is present in Court and submits that the said orders were received only on 04.10.2025. Let the DG (Prisons) look into the same. 2.

Copy of this order be placed before the DG (Prisons), Tihar by the Jail Superintendent.

Learned APP for the State has handed over the nominal roll of the appellant, which is taken on record. The appellant has been produced from Dasna Jail, Ghaziabad by Deputy Jailer Brijesh Narayan Pandey. He states that having undergone the entire substantive sentence as well as the default sentence, and having understood the consequences, he does not wish to press the present appeal on merits.
