% 11.02.2020 There are certain amounts indicated in the order dated 21.08.2019, which are required to be disbursed to the three claimants. The order also notes that the interest amount is required to be disbursed to the respondents in proportion to their entitlement. So far as the claim of Mr. Kuldeep Singh and Mr. Balwan Singh are concerned, the same are accepted by both the parties. However, with respect to the claim of Mr. R.P. Goyal, it was stated by the claimant that the date of his retirement has been wrongly noted by the petitioner for which reason there is discrepancy in the amount which the petitioner claims is payable to the claimant-Mr. R.P. Goyal.

Subsequent thereto, many efforts were made to reconcile the claimant's claim with the petitioner-Hotel and even claimant was directed to visit the office of the petitioner for reconciliation. However, despite all the efforts, petitioner is not cooperating or providing the correct details of the claim of the claimant-Mr. R.P. Goyal. Even Court notice was issued to the petitioner since the petitioner stopped appearing in the matter. Even after service of Court notice, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
