Priyanka was detained at the police station on 18.08.2018. On advance notice, the State has filed a status report, which is taken on record. The State has also produced the petitioner's daughter Priyanka. We have interacted with Priyanka in chamber. We have also interacted with the petitioner.
Ms. Priyanka states that she does not wish to return her parental home and reside with the petitioner. We have counselled the petitioner to maintain cordiality in her relationship with her daughter and to provide for all her needs.
