BAIL APPLN. 1975/2016 Issue notice.

Mr. Raghuvinder Varma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor accepts notice on behalf the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is anticipating his arrest from the Police P.S. Lajpat Nagar in FIR No. 468/2016 under Section 323/341/354/506/509/34 IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is juvenile and the petitioner be released on anticipatory bail.

On the other side, learned Additional Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed the bail application, however, he does not dispute that the petitioner is a juvenile.

Keeping in view of the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation and in the meanwhile, bail application be filed before the Juvenile Justice Board till 28.10.2016 and the Juvenile court shall proceed the matter and disposed of the bail application as per law.

The present anticipatory bail application is disposed of accordingly.

Copy of the order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master.
