% 26.09.2016 The petitioner in this writ petition filed as a Public Interest Litigation seeks a direction to the respondents to construct Skyway over railway lines from/between Village Harkesh Nagar, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-II & III, Sanjay Colony & Shyam Nagar, New Delhi-110020 to National Highway No. II, Mathura Road, New Delhi.

In our considered opinion, it is for the respondents to look into the suggestion/request made by the petitioner in the first instance.

Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 to consider the feasibility of the request made by the petitioner and take an appropriate decision in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

The decision taken by the respondents be informed to the petitioner.
