% 26.09.2016 Present FIR No. 32/2013 under Sections 354A/509/506 IPC was registered against the petitioner at police station Inderpuri, on the complaint of respondent no.2.

Respondent no.2 alleged in the FIR that on 19th February, 2016 at about 7 pm petitioner, who is her neighbour, stopped her in the gali and offered a flower and chocolate and when she objected, he caught hold of her hand and pulled her towards him while uttering that she should marry him and in case she refused to do so he would pour kerosene oil or acid on her.

Respondent no.2 and petitioner have settled their disputes before the Mediation Centre, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and submits that she has condoned the acts of petitioner and is not

interested in pursuing the FIR any further.

It is further submitted that petitioner is no more living in the same locality, inasmuch as, respondent no.2 is now married.

Keeping in mind that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes before the Mediation Centre, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 32/2013 under Sections 354A/509/506 IPC registered at police station Inderpuri and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed, subject to cost of `10,000/- to be deposited by the petitioner with the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee within four weeks. Receipt be handed over to the Investigating Officer.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
