Notice is accepted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 as also by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2 submits that there are certain deficiencies in respect of the petitioner's application. The deficiencies shall be uploaded on the website. On the deficiencies being pointed out, the petitioner shall cure the said deficiencies. On curing of all the deficiencies, the application shall be considered by QCI in its next meeting.

Once the file is cleared by QCI, the same shall be forwarded by WP(C) 8478/2016

the QCI to the respondent No.1 DGT for being considered by it in its next meeting.
