% 17.08.2017 There are two petitioners before this Court. Petitioner no.1 has not filed the Building Complete Certificate (BCC) related documents. He has, however, been granted provisional affiliation. He undertakes to file all the necessary documents on or before 15.12.2017 and his case shall then be considered in accordance with the norms of respondent no.1.

Qua the status of petitioner no.2 the BCC related documents filed by petitioner no.2 were not found to be in order. He has been granted provisional affiliation. On his undertaking that he will file all the relevant documents on or before 15.12.2017 and on his doing the

needful his case shall be considered in accordance with the norms of respondent no.1.
