% 25.05.2017 Crl. M.A. No. 8128/2017 (Exemption) Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

W.P.(CRL) 1468/2017 Instead of depositing a sum of Rs.5,000/- with the Registrar General of this Court, a sum of Rs.5,000/- as costs has been handed over to Mr. Mohd. Muziber Alam, the brother-in-law of the petitioner, in Court, today. The latter acknowledges receipt thereof, towards reimbursement of costs incurred by him in bringing the minor children of the petitioner to Delhi from Bihar.

W.P.(CRL) 1468/2017

We have spoken to the three minor children namely, Mohammed Anzar, Mohammed Anwar and Yasmin in the presence of the petitioner, Mastara Khatoon, in the chambers.

We are of the view that the prayer seeking production of the three children has since been satisfied in adequate measure, therefore, no further directions are necessary in the writ petition. The same is, therefore, disposed of.
