% 03.10.2016 In the present petition the grievance of the petitioner is that the suit is pending for pronouncement of judgment before the trial court since 24.07.2015 but for one reason or other the judgment is not being pronounced.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to mention this fact before the trial court with a request to expeditiously pronounce the judgment. In case such a mention is made the trial court may consider the same favourably. Petition stands disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
