ARB.P. 327/2017 The learned counsel for the respondents states that to avoid any controversy the respondent has appointed Mr Ajit Kumar Sinha, Senior Advocate (former Judge, Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi) as an arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition reserving his rights to raise any objections, if required, before the Arbitral Tribunal.
