O R D E R

% 27.09.2016 Petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he intends to file Special Leave Petition in the Supreme Court. Address of the petitioner has been verified. It is submitted that jail conduct of the petitioner is unsatisfactory. It is not reflected from the nominal roll as to the act for which the punishment was given to the petitioner. Even otherwise, punishment was granted on 11th October, 2015, that is, about one year ago. Every accused/convict is entitled to avail all the legal remedies available to him/her upto the highest forum by engaging a counsel of his/her choice. Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances, it is ordered that petitioner be released on parole for a period of one month from the date

of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the jail superintendent. During the parole period, petitioner shall report to SHO, P.S. Uttam Nagar once a week, that is, on Mondays at 10:00 am and provide his mobile number to the SHO concerned. On completion of parole period, petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail.

Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for serving it upon the petitioner and for compliance.
