% 19.02.2019 This revision petition challenges the impugned judgment dated 26.12.2016 in eviction petition E-639/14/11 decided by the learned ARC-02 (Central) Tis-Hazari Courts, Delhi.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and has brought a joint application under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC on behalf of the parties. Be filed in registry.

The possession has also been handed over to the petitioner/landlord by the respondent and hence nothing survives in the petition.

The petition is thus dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of in terms of above. YOGESH KHANNA, J.
