% 08.02.2018 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the application filed therewith, and he adding a request that the Rent Controller may be called upon to decide the case after inquiry on merits expeditiously, given the fact that the petitioner is a senior citizen.
