% 05.10.2016 Laxmi states that she would like to go and reside with petitioner-Akash Kohli and his father, who is present in Court. Akash Kohli and Laxmi state that they have married each other as per their wishes and desire. It is stated that alleged document dated 9th February, 2016 has been recorded under pressure. We notice that this document is titled dissolution of marriage by way of affidavit. The document would be invalid in law and is contrary to the provisions of Hindu Marriage Act. Laxmi is entitled to go wherever she desires. Demand draft deposited by the petitioner has been returned to the petitioner. The petitioner, who is present with his father states
that they would get a fixed deposit (FD) of Rs.1 lakh made in the name of Laxmi. The nominee in the said FD will be as per the choice of the petitioner. The FD would be for the period of two years or more.
