% 01.11.2017 Learned counsel for the respondents point out that the plan which have been submitted by the petitioner has been forwarded to the Northern Regional Committee, Jaipur and the case of the petitioner shall be considered in terms of the aforenoted building plan and a reasoned order shall be passed within an outer limit of six weeks from the date of the receipt of the order and, if so, deemed fit inspection of the petitioner institute will be carried out. Petition disposed of in the above terms.
