1. Mr. Rajat Aneja, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents states that without prejudice to rights and contentions of merits of the case, the Respondents have no objection to the appointment of a sole Arbitrator for adjudication of disputes between the parties. It is ordered that the arbitration by a Sole Arbitrator shall take place under the aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre ('DAC').

2. The parties are directed to appear before the DAC on 22nd February, 2017 at 11am for further steps in this regard.
