% 12.03.2018 Respondent no. 2 Ms. Sarabjeet Kaur is present in Court and has been identified by SI Pardeep Singh of police station Mahendra Park.
Respondent no. 2 says that she has settled the matter with the petitioner no. 1 of her own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide a Settlement Agreement dated 13th September, 2017, inasmuch as she has received the entire settlement amount and she has no objection in case FIR is quashed against the petitioner no. 1 and his relatives, that is,
petitioner nos. 2 to 4.
Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner no. 1 and respondent no. 2, in the interest of justice, FIR No.500/2014 under Sections 498-A/406 IPC registered at Police Station Mahendra Park and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
