% 20.12.2017 The proposed Arbitrator has filed his disclosure in terms of Section 11(8) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The same is taken on record.

In view of the above, I appoint Justice Manmohan Sarin, (Retd. Chief Justice of Jammu & Kashmir) as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the work of "Site Levelling and Infrastructure Works Package" of Aravali Super Thermal Power Project, Jhajjar (3 X 500MW) (hereinafter referred to as the 'Agreement') awarded in favour of the petitioner company on 31.05.2007 under the Letter of Award No.APCPL/HQ/CS/0330-301-9/CIV/07/101.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the name of respondent no.2 from the array of parties. Name of Respondent no.2 would accordingly stand deleted.

The petition is allowed in the above terms.
