% 12.02.2018 Settlement agreement dated 27.07.2017 has been received from Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent no. 3 confirms the mediation settlement. By the present settlement, the respondent no.3 has agreed to pay Rs.1,60,000/- to the petitioner in full and final settlement of all his claims. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 submits that pursuant to the settlement they have paid Rs.40,000/- each on 30.08.2017, 11.09.2017, 07.10.2017 and 15.11.2017 in the account of the petitioner by NEFT. Photostat copy of the transaction by NEFT have been handed over by the learned counsel for the respondent no.3. Same are taken on record. In these circumstances, nothing survives in the petition. The petition is disposed of in terms of the mediation settlement. VINOD GOEL, J.
