% 18.09.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was married with complainant in the year 2009. FIR has been lodged in the year 2016, that is, after about seven years of marriage. General allegations of demand of dowry and harassment have been levelled in the FIR. Petitioner has participated in the investigation. Investigation is complete and charge-sheet has already been filed.

Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/-(Rupees Twenty

Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
