Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the said position, prayer -A has been rendered infructuous. With regard to prayer-B, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, if she desires, would file a separate petition.
The writ petition is accordingly, disposed of as infructuous with liberty as prayed for.
