O R D E R

% 27.10.2016 The petitioner seeks parole on the ground that the marriage of his two sisters is scheduled for 24th November, 2016. The petitioner is the eldest brother and his father has already died. The jail conduct of the petitioner is satisfactory.

The address of the petitioner has been verified. It has also been verified that the marriage of the two sisters of the petitioner is indeed fixed for 24th November, 2016.

Keeping in view the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that the petitioner be released on parole with effect from 10th November, 2016 till 10th December, 2016, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with one surety in the like amount, to the satisfaction of Jail Superintendent. On completion of the parole period, petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent. The petitioner shall report to the Station House Officer ('SHO'), Police Station: Domestic Airport, Delhi once in a week, i.e., on Mondays. The petitioner shall also provide his mobile number to the SHO concerned. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. A copy of the order be sent to Jail Superintendent for serving it on the petitioner and also for compliance.
