% 09.12.2016 On the complaint of respondent no.2, FIR 715/2015 under Sections 457/509/34 IPC was registered against the petitioners and respondent no.3 at police station Burari, on the complaint of respondent no.2. Respondent no.2/complainant is present in Court and has been identified by SI Yogender Kumar of police station Burari. She submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners and respondent no.3 of her own free will and without any undue pressure, force or coercion. She submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further in view of the settlement.

Keeping in mind that respondent no.2/complainant has settled the matter with the petitioners and respondent no.3, FIR 715/2015 under

Sections 457/509/34 IPC registered at police station Burari and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
