The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the documents provided by the petitioner indicate that she was aged 23 years as on 01.01.2009, which would indicate that she was born one year after 1984 riots. He submits that in the circumstances, the petitioner's claim that she is daughter of one of the victims who was killed during the 1984 riots, is not sustainable.

The petition is dismissed in default. The pending application is disposed of.
