% 08.12.2016 Matter has been settled between the petitioner and complainant before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 5th December, 2016.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and complainant, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on anticipatory bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.
