O R D E R

% 07.12.2016 The parties have amicably resolved their disputes through mediation. The terms of the settlement are recorded in the Settlement Agreement dated 2nd December, 2016, which is on record.

As per the said settlement, the petitioner has agreed to pay Rs.2,20,000/- to respondent no. 2. The petitioner has handed over two cheques dated 2nd December, 2016 and dated 28th January, 2017 for Rs.1,10,000/- each to respondent no.2.

The writ petition and the pending application are disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties with liberty to the respondent no. 2 to approach this court in the event of dishonour of any of the two cheques. The petitioner shall ensure the encashment of both the cheques on their first presentation.

Copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
