% 21.02.2017 IA No. 2274/2017 in CS(OS) 1658/2015 Plaintiff has filed this application for transfer of the suit to the Ld. District & Sessions Court on the ground that another case between the same parties bearing CS(OS) No. 2182/2014 and involving the same suit property has been transferred to Ld. District Courts.

I have heard ld. counsel for plaintiff and I have perused the plaint filed in the previous suit.

In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the suit stands transferred to the District Courts.

The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Judge (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 24th March, 2017 for further directions.

Registry is directed to send the complete record to the Ld. District Judge (Central),Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi before the next date of hearing. IA stands disposed off accordingly.
