Petitioner is permitted to file his appeal before the District and Sessions Judge (Central District) impugning the order of the Trial Judge dated 02.12.2013.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since he was prosecuting the appeal in a wrong forum he should be granted benefit of limitation. This shall be construed by the Appellate Court when the submission is made before the concerned Court. No further orders are called for.

Petition disposed of.
