Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned Family Court has fixed the case for arguments on the petitioner's application and recording of the petitioner's evidence on 31st August, 2017. Learned Family Court shall expedite the recording of evidence and hearing.
The petition is disposed of.
Liberty is given to the petitioner to approach this Court if the divorce petition is not decided within a period of 11⁄2 years. Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
