% 13.02.2019 Present suit has been filed for partition, rendition of accounts and permanent injunction with consequential relief. After some arguments, learned counsel for the plaintiff, on instructions of the plaintiff who is personally present in Court, wishes to withdraw the present suit with liberty to file a fresh suit on the same cause of action.

With the aforesaid liberty, the present suit and pending applications are disposed off.
