% 23.09.2016 Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to release the bus bearing registration no. DL1-PC-0579. A perusal of the paper book reveals that despite various letters written by the petitioner including a legal notice, the respondents have not taken a definitive stand with regard to the release of the aforesaid bus.

Even today Mr.Peeyoosh Kalra, learned ASC does not have the precise instructions.

Consequently, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 to treat the present writ petition as a representation and to decide the same by way of a speaking order within a period of two weeks after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

Mr.Kalra fairly states that the petitioner may appear before respondent no.2 on 28th September, 2016 at 11 AM. With the aforesaid directions, present writ petition and the application stand disposed of.
