LPA 544/2016 Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal and states that the appellant, if so advised, may like to challenge the constitutional vires of Rule 11 of the Consumer Protection Rules, 1987. In view of the statement made, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. We clarify that we have not expressed any opinion on the aspect or issues relating to the constitutional vires of Rule 11.
