1. It is pointed out by learned counsel for the Respondent that in respect of another refund for a subsequent period, aggrieved by the credit given to the license and no refund being made by way of cash, the Petitioner has approached the objection hearing authority and its appeal there is pending.

2. In that view of the matter, it will be open to the Petitioner to file an appeal even in respect of denial of refund by way of cash in the present case.
