The last appearance on behalf of the Petitioner is noted on 19th April, 2022, when the matter could not be taken up for hearing due to paucity of time.

However, on all subsequent dates i.e. 20th January, 2023, 3rd July, 2023, 12th October, 2023 and 13th March, 2024, there was no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner. The position remains the same even today. 2.

In view of the above, it is apparent that the Petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the present proceedings.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed in default and also for nonprosecution.
