Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition while reserving the right of his client to seek appropriate relief against his purported discharge order before the appropriate Forum vested with territorial jurisdiction after exhausting the available statutory remedies. We have used the word 'purported discharge' as the said order has not seen the light of the day, having not been filed alongwith the petition. The petitioner has instead, elected to file only the charge-sheet on record. 2.

Leave as prayed for is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with pending application.
