Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the parties have reached at an amicable settlement on 10.08.2017 before the Delhi High Court Mediation Centre. It is submitted that the terms and conditions of the Settlement has since been honoured by them and they have paid a total sum of Rs.50 lacs to the petitioner.
