W.P.(C) 4359/2017 and CM APPL. 19009/2017 (for stay) The petitioners have preferred the present writ petition to assail the order dated 02.05.2017 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) in Original Application (OA) No. 1473/2009, along with several other original applications. The Tribunal by this order ruled on the aspect of its jurisdiction to entertain the Original Application of the applicants. The Tribunal has still not disposed of the Original Application finally, on merits. It is informed that the Original Application is now listed on 23.05.217 for hearing.

We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order at this stage. In case, after the Original Application is finally disposed of, the petitioners are still aggrieved, it shall be open to them to approach this Court in an appropriate petition and to challenge the final order as well as order dated 02.05.2017, whereby the Tribunal has ruled on its jurisdiction.

The petition stands disposed of.
