% 02.11.2016 Orders dated 3rd August, 2016 and 8th August, 2016 passed by the Office of the Registrar, Cooperative Societies are revisable under Section 116 of the Delhi Cooperative Societies Act, 2003 before the Financial Commissioner. In these circumstances, as an alternate remedy is available, we are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. It is noted that the elections have already been held and the new management committee has been elected. The writ petition is accordingly not entertained and is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file revision petition or avail any other remedy, if so advised. We clarify that we have not expressed any

opinion on merits.
