% 08.11.2017 Petition came to be filed alleging violation of the order dated 28.09.2016 whereunder the statutory bodies i.e. NDMC and Police were directed to take all actions for the alleged unauthorized construction in property bearing No. 3889 Roshnara Road, Delhi. In the status report dated 05.09.2017, it has come to be stated as under:- "5.

That another demolition program was fixed on 01.09.2017 and during the action roof of first floor was completely demolished and walls of second floor and floors and make unusable of first floor, second floor and third floor was demolished. At present first floor, second floor and third floor are unusable.

The photographs of the demolition action are annexed herewith as Annexure-"B" (Colly).

Another status report has come to be handed over during the course of hearing and in para 3 thereof, it is stated as under:- "3.

That another demolition program was fixed on 23.10.2017.

During the action the roof of second floor and

walls at first floor and third floor were demolished with the help of police force.

At present first floor, second floor and third floor are unusable. The photographs of the demolition action are annexed herewith as Annexure "A" (Colly). Petition stands disposed off in view of the actions that have come to be taken.
