% 10.07.2017 CM APPL. 22321/2017 Vide the application under consideration, the petitioner seeks extension of the order dated 24.05.2017 till the appeal is heard. It is submitted on behalf of the respondent that the petitioner is initially lingering on the hearing of the stay proceedings. No coercive action be taken by the respondents against the petitioner till the date of the disposal by the CGIT of the application of the petitioner herein seeking stay of the coercive action.

The application is disposed of.

W.P.(C) 4382/2017 It is submitted on behalf of the respondent that the CGIT is now functional qua which it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the office of the CGIT is yet to be set up.

It is submitted on behalf of the respondent that the bank account of

the petitioner has already been attached. However, the date of the said attachment has not been put forth by the respondent. In view of orders hereinabove in CM APPL. 22321/2017, no further orders are necessary.

The W.P.(C) 4382/2017 is disposed of.
