O R D E R

% 08.01.2018 The present petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the petitioner seeking appointment of an Arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the Joint Venture Agreement dated 18th March, 2009.

Though, the respondent has filed its reply to the petition, counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent would have no objection if the disputes, including the one in relation to counter claim are referred to the arbitration.

With the consent of the parties, the parties are referred to the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), who shall appoint a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the Joint Venture Agreement dated 18th March, 2009. The arbitration proceedings and the fee shall be governed by

the DIAC Rules. The parties shall appear before the DIAC on 24th January, 2018 at 2.00 p.m.

All rights and contentions of either party shall remain open in the arbitration proceedings.

The petition is allowed in the above terms.
