O R D E R

% 08.07.2017 The Tribunal has awarded an amount of Rs.48,49,970/- along with interest @ 10% pa from 09.10.2014 till realisation. An amount of Rs.60,84,254/- was thus recovered from the bank account of the appellant herein. After negotiations, it is agreed between the parties that out of total amount so lying with the Tribunal, the respondent No.1 has agreed to accept an amount of Rs.35,00,000/- inclusive of interest in full and final settlement. The respondent No.1 shall be entitled to withdraw the said amount after adjusting the amount already received by the claimant from the Tribunal. Rest of the amount lying with the Tribunal shall be released in favour of the insurance company. The statutory deposit amount if deposited, by the insurance company shall also be released to the Insurance

Company.

Nothing remains in the appeal.

In view of above, the appeal stands disposed of. Order dasti.
