By this application, the respondent workman has sought release of amount which was deposited by the petitioner management in compliance with order dated 11.09.2017. Learned counsel for petitioner appearing on service of notice submits that they have no objection to the same. The writ petition already stands disposed of vide order dated 06.02.2024. 2.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and subject to identification, the amount deposited by the petitioner with Registry of this Court in compliance with order dated 11.09.2017, with interest be released to the respondent.
